Stories have fascinated Giancarlo Malandra since he was a child, and so photography became the natural medium for him to express all the things he has always wanted to say.
After working for several years in the IT field and then in fashion, this professional decided to devote himself completely to photography, specialising in photo-reportage.
The focus of Giancarlo Malandra’s work is telling stories through images: the history and values of a company, the achievements of a region, villages and cities of art. Since 2014, he has been a regular contributor to Tesori d'Abruzzo magazine, published by De Siena, for which he produces photo and video reports on the Abruzzo region (and beyond). He has been a member of the Italian National Order of Journalists since 2018. He also holds the UAS drone pilot certificate to conduct projects in OPEN Category A2 (formerly CRO for critical operations).
